References in these documents to “Lion & Stone”, “Safe-Scale”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Lion & Stone Growth Advisory Ltd unless stated otherwise.
2. General Principle
You may use Safe-Scale for lawful business purposes, including:
- CRM management
- Lead generation
- Sales activities
- Customer communications
- Marketing campaigns
- Appointment booking
- Customer support
- Business operations
You must ensure your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements and third-party platform rules.
3. Communications and Marketing
You are responsible for all communications sent from your account, including:

- Automated messages
- Forms
- Landing pages
- Surveys
- Marketing campaigns
- Social media integrations
You must have an appropriate legal basis for contacting recipients where required by applicable law.
You must not:
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or misleading communications.

- Ignore lawful unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
- Continue contacting individuals who have requested not to be contacted where applicable law requires suppression.

4. Email Deliverability and Messaging Reputation
Because messaging activity from one account can affect the reputation of shared infrastructure and service providers, users must take reasonable steps to maintain good sending practices.
We may investigate or restrict activity that generates unusually high levels of:
- Spam complaints
- Delivery failures
- Bounce rates
- Unsubscribe rates
- Carrier complaints
- Regulatory complaints
- Abuse reports
We may request evidence of how contact data was obtained or the legal basis relied upon for communications where necessary to protect platform reputation or comply with provider requirements.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Users must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including where relevant:

- EU GDPR
- Data Protection Act 2018
- PECR
- CAN-SPAM
- TCPA
- Other applicable regulations
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring personal data is collected lawfully.

- Managing suppression and unsubscribe requests.
- Protecting personal data within your account.
You must not knowingly upload, store or process personal data unlawfully.

Unlawful Activity

- Circumvent system limitations.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Use the platform in a way that causes disruption to other users.
7. High-Risk and Regulated Activities

Normal business automation, marketing and CRM activity is permitted.
10. Monitoring and Enforcement
We do not routinely review customer communications.
However, we may investigate activity where reasonably necessary to:
- Maintain platform security.
- Protect service availability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to complaints.
- Protect platform reputation.
- Meet requirements imposed by service providers.
Where appropriate, we may request additional information from users before allowing certain activities to continue.
11. Suspension and Restriction
We may temporarily suspend, restrict or limit access where we reasonably believe:
- This Policy has been breached.
- Platform security is at risk.
- Regulatory compliance is at risk.
- Service providers require intervention.
- Platform reputation is being harmed.
